New Moon Consultation
​One Session
Before we build anything together, we take the time to understand exactly where your brand is and where it needs to go. This is a dedicated strategy session designed to give you a clear, informed picture of what's possible before you commit to a full partnership.

What's included:

One 60–90 minute strategy consultation, focused entirely on your vision, brand direction, and goals

A written brand roadmap following our call, outlining recommended direction and next steps

A personalized recommendation for which partnership (if any) fits your project. Absolutely no pressure to book anything further

Session investment applied as credit toward any package if you move forward within 30 days

The True Star Package
​Up to one month partnership
Your first clear point of direction. This tier is built for a focused, high-stakes deliverable that needs to land right the first time. It’s the intentional starting point before a fuller brand experience takes shape.

What's included:

Consulting Call — a one-on-one session via Zoom or in-person, covering your brand, project details, and overall direction

Print Design: Simplistic — Three touchpoints from business cards, letterhead/stationery, notecards, invitations, greeting cards, placards, packaging cards, address labels, or simple signage

Digital Template — a reusable interactive PDF or Canva file in the same style, so you can edit and reuse the design yourself
The Guiding Crescent Package
Two months partnership
Where real transformation begins. Guiding Crescent carries everything in True Star and adds the depth that starts to visibly shift how your brand is felt. Including original artwork, expanded print scope, and a partner managing the details on your behalf.

What's included:
Everything in True Star, plus:

Original Master Watercolor Asset & Illustration — a hand-painted original on Arches 600gsm cold press watercolor paper, scanned for use across your printed collateral. One Small (4x6") original included; client may choose custom framing (at their cost) or receive it in a protective sleeve and backing. Sizing upgrades available at additional cost.

Print Design: Detailed — Up to two touchpoints such as brochures, letter/tabloid flyers or posters, saddle-bound leave-behind pamphlets, table placards, infocards, small menus, banners, signage, or postcards

Print Concierge Vendor Coordination — direct coordination with your print vendor for the full project lifespan, including proofing and on-time delivery. Print production costs (paper stock, quantity, and material) are vendor-specific and billed separately.
The Full Opal Premium Package
Three months partnership
The complete brand experience, fully realized. Every touchpoint a guest, client, or partner encounters, working together as one cohesive story. This is the natural home for a multi-year branding relationship.

Everything in True Star and Guiding Crescent, plus:

Print Design: Complex — complex signage (flags, XXL banners, industrial signs), large menus, novels, booklets, magazines, proposals, or calendars

Press Optimization — every print file optimized and production-ready

Brand Package / Graphic Design — logo + sublogo, watermark/bug, pattern, icons, a single-sheet style guide or moodboard, website imagery, and a full brand guide

The Continued Collaboration Retainer
Ongoing partnership
For brands who've already experienced the Opal Essence Finery process and want that same intention, care, and consistency as an ongoing part of how they grow. This partnership is built for the long term. It's a steady creative alliance rather than a one-time project.

A set number of design hours or project credits each month, tailored to your brand's ongoing needs

Priority scheduling and turnaround ahead of new-client projects

Seasonal collateral refreshes, new print touchpoints, and digital updates as your brand evolves

Direct, ongoing access to me. No re-explaining your brand or renegotiating scope with every new request

Preferred rates on any work beyond your monthly allotment
Available exclusively to clients who've completed one of the partnerships above. This is where the relationship deepens and your brand stays cared for, season after season, without starting from scratch each time.
How we'll work together
Every partnership at Opal Essence Finery starts the same way: with a real conversation, not a checklist.
I take the time to understand the story behind your brand before a single brushstroke or print touchpoint comes to life — because the goal was never just to make something beautiful. It's to make something true to you.
From there, the process moves through a few intentional stages:

Welcome — You'll receive a welcome guide and a short discovery questionnaire, so you can share your vision on your own time before we ever speak.
Discover — We meet to align on your vision, your brand, and what this project needs to accomplish.
Plan — You'll receive a clear project roadmap, so you always know what's happening and when.
Create & Refine — Original watercolor illustration and design work, with weekly updates and thoughtful revisions along the way.
Deliver — Final assets, printed pieces, and digital files, delivered with the same care that went into making them.
Stay Connected — After delivery, I follow up to make sure everything's landing well — and many partnerships continue from there, through ongoing collaboration or referrals to others who'd love this work too.
